Cancellation Policy

My salon is by appointment only.

I am making the best effort for every customer to spend the best experience and satisfaction at the salon.

Cancellations will be accepted until 24 hours before the appointment.

If you need to cancel after that, full service charge which you selected at your appointment  will be applied.

I appreciate for your understanding.

Notification of changes in Booking Method from October 2020

From October 5th 2020, our salon will be able to respond to your reservations all year around, seven days a week. Aya will be responsible on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Yoko will be responsible on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Following reasons that we strongly recommend that you book online via VAGARO, which you have been using for as our Online Booking system;

 

Our salon is the private salon, provide one on one services. We will not be able to respond you immediately via phone, text or email during nail services

 

Daily life has come to a sudden standstill and businesses have had to respond during COVID-19 pandemic, we will as you for your credit card when you book via online in order to build a relationship of trust with our customer. We will continue to take your request via text/email with your credit card information. Please note that we will not be able to make your reservation without your credit card information

 

Our cancellation policy 24 hours in advance will continue, but due to various of COVID-19 circumstances, we may not be charged a cancellation fee depending on the contents of the cancellation. We’d like to ask for your understanding in respect of each other’s health and trust

 

LATE ARRIVALS: Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. Cancellations due to late arrival will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.

 

From October 5 th 2020, our new Nail Technician Aya will join us and ask you to make a reservation under the same condition

 

Thank you for your understanding. Your safe and comfort are always our top priority and we do everything we can to ensure that we provide you with the best services. We will continue keep working the same services level, high technique and quality.

10月よりの予約方法についての変更のお知らせ

2020年10月5日より、年中無休体制でお客様のご予約を対応させて頂く事になりました。

月火水曜日は、あや担当、木金土日曜日は、容子担当となります。

以前よりお客様にご使用を頂いておりますVAGAROでのオンライン予約をより強くお勧め致します。

理由としまして、

 

  • プライベートサロンの為、施術中は、お電話/テキスト/メールでのご連絡は直ぐに対応が出来ません。

  • コロナの影響もあり、お客様との信頼関係をより築く為に、オンラインでご予約の際にクレジットカードのお伺いをさせて頂いております。テキスト/メールでも引き続きご返信をさせて頂きますが、クレジットカードの情報をご確認出来ないと予約は受けられませんのでご了承ください。

  • 24時間前のキャンセルポリシーは、引き続き継続させて頂きますが、コロナの諸事情の為、キャンセルの内容によってはキャンセル料を頂かない事もあります。

  • お互いの健康や信頼を尊重してお話をお伺い頂しますので、ご理解をお願い致します。

  • 10月5日より、あやも加わり同じ条件でご予約をお伺いする体制でおります。

 

今後共、一層変わらぬサービスや技術、クオリティー等で邁進して参りますので、何卒よろしくお願い致します。
